You have questions, we have answers. Below are some of the most popular questions we get at the studio. If you have another question, ask us on the contact page!
What if I have never tried Pilates/Yoga before?
A: our classes are small enough to support any client, new or seasoned. Your movement progress will be guided with individualized attention to foster your growth.
How do I select the right class for me? What if I have injuries?
We encourage, although not mandatory, that each new client begins with a Postural Assessment designed to evaluate any imbalances, limitations, compensations and history so we can conscientiously work together to create positive changes in your physical health and life.
Can I just drop in for a different class if I miss my regular class?
Our class structure does not allow for drop ins. We do however offer make up classes if there is space in any other class. We suggest you take a few minutes to review the schedule and book yourself in for another class that works for you. Alternately you may call/email the studio to book yourself in.
What do I bring and wear?
Comfortable clothing that is not baggy will help the instructor notice proper alignment. We provide the mat’s and filtered water, however you are welcome to bring your own.
What if I’m Pregnant or Post Natal?
We suggest you contact the studio as we have specific pre-post natal classes available that may not be on the regular schedule. We do have clients continue in regular classes while pregnant and offer the correct modifications as we have Certified Pre-Post Natal Pilates instructors.
