ROLL & RELEASE
Self-Care is the essential to living a healthy and active life. In this class you will reduce stress, enhance breathing function, release trigger points, and improve movement, performance and recovery.
Our classes are small, driven by carefully guided instruction and are infused by the anatomical principles and movement logic in both Yoga and Integrated Movement Therapies (IMT)®. Our Yoga classes are accessible, appropriately challenging, intelligent, client focuses and fun.
OOV LEVEL 1-2
The Oov is the only 3D piece of equipment that activates core stabilizing muscles while also gently extending the spine to stimulate healthy inter-vertebral disc lubrication. It helps with motor control, stability and endurance. Attendance for a minimum of 6 classes (or Intro series) required for Level 1-2.
ELDOA exercises and Myofascial Stretches are specific techniques.Possible benefits include: Injury Recovery and Prevention, reduced Joint Inflammation and Arthrosis, Delayed Disc Degeneration Improved Muscle Performance and Tone.
